About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in private practice in New Iberia, Louisiana. I have a bachelors degree from the University of Louisiana, a masters degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a PhD in Psychology from Northcentral University. Additionally, I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and School Counselor, an Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor.

I have experience and training in many areas of therapy including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Active Parenting Curricula, Strengthening Families, Substance Abuse Education, Addictions, Panic and Anxiety Disorders, Anger Management, and Diversity.  I have also worked extensively with individuals with grief and bereavement issues, adjustment disorders, divorce, and behavioral issues.
